These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Pictionary ("the Game"), developed by BEDIGITECH. By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Game.

1. Use of the Game

Pictionary is an online multiplayer drawing and guessing game intended for entertainment purposes. You agree to use the Game in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Player Conduct

While using the Game, you agree not to:

• Use offensive, abusive, hateful, or inappropriate language.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other players.
• Share illegal or harmful content.
• Attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or disrupt gameplay.
• Use bots, scripts, or unauthorized software.

BEDIGITECH reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.

3. Multiplayer Gameplay

The Game uses online multiplayer services to connect players in real time. Player names, drawings, chat messages, scores, and game events are processed only while a game session is active to enable gameplay. This information is not permanently stored by BEDIGITECH after the session ends.

4. Analytics and Messaging Services

The Game uses the following services:

• Firebase Analytics to understand app usage and improve performance.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send optional notifications such as game updates and announcements.
• Apptrove to measure app installs, attribution, campaign performance, in-app events, and overall app usage analytics to help improve the Game and evaluate marketing effectiveness.

5. Push Notifications

Push notifications are optional. You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

6. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its software, graphics, artwork, logos, sounds, and other content, is owned by BEDIGITECH and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or reproduce any part of the Game without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Game uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Analytics
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
• Apptrove

8. Availability of Service

We strive to keep the Game available at all times. However, multiplayer services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Disclaimer

The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEDIGITECH shall not be liable for any damages, loss of data, or interruption resulting from the use of or inability to use the Game.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Game after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
